The raw materials of pulp molded straw fiber tableware products are easy to find all kinds of annual grass straw, especially straw, wheat grass in the north, sugar cane, bamboo and other plant straw in the south is very common, the storage price is only 200-400 yuan/ton, the price is low, different from polyethylene such products extracted from petroleum. They're going to get more expensive as finite resources like oil run out! For governments at all levels, the deep cultivation of straw is an important way to solve the problem of straw incineration, and the subsidies of straw fibers by financial departments have become another favorable policy for straw utilization.

At the same time, with the continuous improvement of the production technology and production process of pulp molding products, the energy consumption is also constantly reduced, and the cost of some products is lower than that of some foam and plastic products, and the cost advantage is constantly appearing on the road of future development!

Straw fiber environmental tableware with foam, plastic (generally refers to PP material), starch and other aspects have its unique advantages:

(1) Renewable raw materials. Straw is a renewable resource, and for China, both oil and food are scarce resources, so the supply of polypropylene and food will be less and less, the corresponding supply of such products will be reduced, the price will increase, and will eventually be eliminated by the market.

(2) Easy to store. Straw tableware is after drying, can reach 98% dryness, long-term storage will not deteriorate; Starch products contain protein components, which are easily mildewed after exposure to air, so they are not easy to store for a long time.

(3) Complete degradation, no pollution. General PP material tableware is not degradable; The starch tableware is mostly mixed with talc powder (that is, calcium carbonate), only part of it can be degraded, or it will cause pollution; Foaming tableware, it goes without saying, is completely degradable. Therefore, straw tableware is an environmentally friendly product in the true sense!

(4) Higher security. Straw tableware fully meets the various requirements of food containers, does not add any chemical additives in the production process, and does not have any harm to the human body. The rest of the tableware do not have such conditions, such as: foaming tableware, after 65℃ will produce harmful dioxins, which can cause cancer; PP and starch tableware in the production process to add calcium carbonate components to increase their stiffness and strength, and calcium carbonate is a lime component, but also harmful to human health.
